Cookies and local storage

On vijfdertien.it we use no cookies. Other forms of local storage may be used after an explicit action on your part. Below we explain exactly what does and doesn't happen.

What we don't do

  • No marketing or tracking cookies.
  • No session cookies from the website itself.
  • No device fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
  • No automatic consent banner — we don't need one because no cookies or non-essential storage are set before you actively ask for it.

What can happen

Plausible Analytics (on every page view)

We use Plausible Analytics to collect anonymous visitor statistics. Plausible:

  • Sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
  • Stores no personal identifiers — no device fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no IP address after processing.
  • Runs on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Plausible Insights OÜ is established in Estonia.
  • Records: URL visited, referring site, browser, operating system, screen size and country (not city).

Chat widget (only after an explicit click)

The chat widget from Appfire/Spartez only loads after you click the chat button in the bottom-right corner. From that moment on:

  • The widget may store a value in your browser (localStorage key chat-settings-cache.<id>) to cache configuration.
  • Network requests are made to cdn.chat.appfire.app and chat-api.spartez-software.com.
  • Appfire/Spartez may process additional technical data (IP, browser, any chat content). See our privacy statement and Appfire's privacy statement for details.

Clicking the chat button counts as your consent to load the widget and the associated processing.

Error monitoring (Sentry)

Our error monitoring (Sentry) runs in the background and only sends anything when a technical error occurs. Sentry does not set cookies and does not use local storage in your browser. Your IP address is, however, sent to Sentry when an error occurs — see our privacy statement.

How to remove the chat cache

Want to get rid of the chat widget's localStorage entry? Open your browser settings, go to the privacy or site-data section and clear data for vijfdertien.it. The entry will be re-created the next time you click the chat button.
